 Steve is an excellent communicator and listener. As a coach he has an awesome ability to ask the right questions, either on topic or from left field which then enables you to come up with the best outcomes and actions to move in a positive direction towards your life goals.

More Of Who I Am...
I met Steve Terrell through my role as Executive Director of Teen Challenge
International Victoria.
Steve came for a visit to the rehabilitation farm in Kyabram to have a
firsthand look at the program. We sat down to lunch and next thing I knew it
was 3 o'clock in the afternoon. I realised I connected with Steve in a way
that made me want more of these discussions. He seemed to be drawing out all
the best stuff about my role and ministry. It was a desire to dig out more
of me that prompted the request for Steve to embark on a life-coaching
journey. He agreed.
I entered the sessions with great enthusiasm, setting great goals and
expecting them to materialise simply because we were engaging and felt like
anything was possible. It wasn't too far down the track and I discovered
some real challenges to achieving the goals I had set. Steve listened and
encouraged but more importantly did not just give me cliches and empty words
to make me feel better.
He led me into a process of discovery. I have discovered that some of the
goals I set are less important than one I set which had been considered
least important.
He saw it from the beginning but didn't push me into it, he let me discover
it for myself and then helped me reorder my thinking. Steve has a keen
ability to ask the right questions and let the answers be a discovery of my
inner values.
My life is now way less stressed, but achieving more, making the most of who
I am, rather than what I want to do. What I do comes out of who I am, and
Steve has helped me discover more of who I am.
So often we define who we are by what we do, but this only sells us short.
When you discover the awesome person you are, it will affect all that you do
and empower you with the real reason why you do it.

Within 6 Weeks, I'd Quit My Job & Was Now Full Time In My Venture...
