Kathryn Chapman is the master of identifying and developing the potential in people.
She is the managing director of the Wealth Empowerment Institute in Queensland and the Northern Territory and, as the managing director of the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) Choice Training, she has spent many years working with people from all facets of life to improve their skills and allow them to embrace their full potential.
The acclaimed facilitator and trainer is well-versed in the areas of business communication, maximising productivity and managing time, developing leadership skills and enhancing and maintaining teams. Kathryn has also used these skills to develop fellow trainers and presenters.
The results from her passion have been formerly recognised over the years and in 1994 she was awarded the Staff Excellence Award for the TAFE Riverina Area in NSW, which acknowledged her outstanding training skills.
She was a finalist in 2008 in the coveted North Queensland Business Women Awards and finalist in the manager category in 2009 for the well-respected Australian Institute of Management (AIM) awards.
She is an engaging and motivating speaker and her natural rapport with people has seen her successfully deliver informative and valuable messages while presenting at both the Australian Council of Adult Literacy and the Barrier Reef Institute of TAFE's conferences, and attending the Townsville Business Women's Network as an expert guest speaker.
Her proactive attitude towards training and development has seen her interviewed in both the broadcast and print media.
It is Kathryn's firm belief that the development of human potential empowers people to make the best personal choices - improved skills allow us to open new doors, should we choose to, that may have once locked out opportunity.
