Working with Celine is Great! Her knowledge and experience is AWESOME! I enjoy talking and discussing the issues I had for that week. She has the ability to just say enough and have you come up with the answer.

It's so much better when you resolve your own issues and Celine guides you in a way that helps you understand and believe in yourself. Some things, at the time, might be hard to hear at first. I've always believed that if you wanted help in any situation then you should ask for it rather than wallow in indecision. My coaching experience has only served to reinforce that belief as I feel I've grown so much in self-belief & confidence in what for me was an entirely new career direction.

Just to have someone to devote their energies into listening, providing feedback & sharing of their experience has been extremely valuable.

As I'm a rather visual person, I'd liken it to the practice of providing a firm stake against which a young tree could take root & grow straight (gardeners please excuse the analogy - I'm no green thumb).

I found that Coaching had a very positive effect on not only my business but my whole life in general. With Celine's help, I was able to become re-focused in my business but allow more time for me and time for the family. There were a number of changes that needed to be made, some were simple things that I could fix instantly and some took a few weeks or months but it was a work in progress.

The funny thing was, most of these things that needed fixing or attending to were bad habits that needed breaking or just things I hadn't got around to doing. Most of the time, with Celine's help, I came up with the answer myself but then I had to put it into action because I had someone, other than myself, to answer to.

One of my favourite sayings in life is "if you are going on a journey, take someone with you" . I have always believed in lifelong education and have practiced it myself. People often say to me "is there anything you cant do ?" Little do they know every time I embark on another of life's journeys, I know nothing and want to master so much, I want to learn as much as is possible and then share it with everyone

When we first started our coaching I asked you if I had to tell the truth, and you laughed and said yes. I asked this question to challenge you, to see any signs of weakness, what I saw was understanding.

I know I can be a formidable person, I practice every day in front of the mirror, so I need someone to work along side me as an equal and to hold me accountable. They must be strong, fearless and have a good heart. I have never had anyone hold me accountable to myself, possibly the challenge of a life time.

You have given me permission to congratulate myself when things go right and I have excelled at something. You have given me clear direction, balance and strength of mind, I thought was lost forever. Simple, I know, but so right in many ways.

From where I was when we first started to where I am now, is a world away. I was in a world of hurt, mentally battered and bruised .I now feel like you have woken up the Viking warrior woman and set her free. You have taken me on a journey that has seen me grow emotionally; I feel you have touched my very soul.
